The Klaus Lage Tour is over and we have made it home safely. Once again we had a great time rocking the house with Klaus. In May we'll be playing a few festivals with him. Next I will be on a cruise in the Mediteranian Sea with Vicky Leandros. Lothar will be on Tour with Roger Whittaker.

I am performing as a piano playing stewardess in the musical "Heise Zeiten" at the St. Pauli Theatre in Hamburg. Dressed up in skirt, stockings, hi heels and wearing a whig I will be performing in the very funny musical on the following dates:

Hot Times

In June I will be playing piano dressed up as a stewardess in a play called "Heisse Zeiten" (Hot Times) at the St. Pauli Theater in Hamburg.

The short Klaus Lage tour has been a wonderful success. It was interesting playing the Lage-Songs without the band just piano and voice. I missed my band!

Following that I played a fundraiser with Vicky Leandros for "Stiftung Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe" (an organisation for stroke victims) in Gütersloh.

We are currently working on new recordings with Klaus Lage at Mirko's studio. Bo And Klaus will playing for nights as a duo. The Klaus Lage Band will be touring again eraly next year.

Lothar and I had the great pleasure of working with Wencke Myhre this past Saturday. She has just released a new CD. This woman is just great! The Band lineup also was great: Christoph Leis-Bendorff, Drums; Nils Tuxen und Gunnar Heyse, Guitar; Anya Mahnken und Madeleine Lang, Vocals; Anders Eljas, Piano, Bo Heart, Keyboards und Lothar Atwell, Bass. Wencke's new Album "Eingeliebt, Ausgeliebt" is a fine collection of new songs.

Thanks to all of you who attended our concert on the 26th of December in Ramelsloh. Once again it was a wonderful evening in a special atmosphere. We will be back next Christmas if all goes well! Until then we will play a few concerts though.

This weekend we will be travelling with Klaus Lage once again. Saturday in Berlin for a private party, Sunday in Plauen and on Monday in Dexheim.

On Friday I'll be playing at a private Party with Vicky Leandros in Munich.

Lothar and Bo are going to Berlin to play a fund raiser with Vicky. That means travel by train, reading a book, maybe listening to the i-pod, later a rehearsal, grabbing something to eat, hanging, telling old jokes... to at some point performing 5 songs. At least the whole thing will take place at the Adlon Hotel.

1st Class Session

This weekend I have the pleasure of being a part of the 1st Class Session. Featured guest is Stoppok, on bass we have Peter Kühmstedt (Guru Guru, Stoppok...), on drums Mickie Stickdorn (Lake, Inga Rumpf, Falko...), Host and guitarist is Peer Frenzke (Jane Comerford, Ian Cussick, Rolf Stahlhofen, Jenniffer Kae u.a.). What a great Band! I haven't worked with any of these guys except for Peer. Yesterday we played in Uelzen, today we'll be in Lüneburg and on Sunday in Gifhorn. It's a great joy!

We played in Mönchengladbach yesterday. My co-musicians seem to really like it loud. I have the impression that I'm getting my ears thoroughly cleaned and one might actually detect a smile on my face. Someone in yesterdays crowd suggested our profession to be the greatest of them all. I guess it looks like we're having fun playing great classics of rock and pop history and making them sound like we've always wanted to. It's a hard life. Bo hard...

Go Music on Tour

I'm currently on tour with Martin Engelien, Thomas Blug and Dieter Steinmann in the western part of Germany. Yesterday we played at the Okie , Dokie in Neuss. Today we'll be at Musik Produktiv in Ibbenbüren, tomorrow in Mönchengladbach. Further Dates here... It's great to be able to jam a play really loud. We're playing well known songs like "Come Together" or "I Wish" - sometimes way too slow or with a different groove all together. We also change that from night to night. So every gig is completely different from the gig before. A great song will sound great in almost any version.

Bo Heart and Friends is not one Band but rather 3 bands in one. Bo, Lothar Atwell and Jürgen Scholz each have enough singer/songwriter in them to have a band each. The idea here is to join forces, share the spotlight and support each other. This power pack is completed by our wonderful drummer Tim-Ole Hoff. He is such a great and versatile drummer who plays songs and not just rhythms.

Lothars roots stem from Trinidad, Jürgen is a truly homegrown German with a Texan touch to his playing and Tim-Ole is a maritime wind tested and steady groove master. I am half Canadian at heart since I spent a very important time of my life there. Se oser half ist Jerman, off korß: Achtung!

Studio, Banking Crisis

While I'm not on tour with either Yamaha/Lexus or Vicky I'm currently producing new songs with Angelika and Rainer Haak and programming songs for the Yamaha-Download-Shop.

The concert in Duisburg with Vicky Leandros was a great success. We played for the Sparkasse (a big German bank). Banking crisis??? Everyone there seemed to be smiling! But they had to pay for food and drinks at the after show party. Hmmm... I'll let you know if their check bounces.
